You appear to be using Firefox, but not using the native SVG rendering. You will still be able to use the EMCS, but some graphics (including the campus map) may not function correctly. In order to enable native SVG rendering, follow these steps:

1. Open a new browser window and type about:config into the address bar.
2. Type svg into the box marked Filter:.
3. Look at the line that begins svg.enabled. If the value is not true, double click on it.
4. Close the configuration window or tab.
